A read on me.
As a Communications graduate of Simon Fraser University, I am an eager twentysomething Communications professional actively seeking opportunities to explore the intersections of popular culture, marketing, and the arts. With experience in Event Planning, Communications, Media Relations, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, and more, my skill set is one able to adapt to any role.
My personal passions in arts and culture, specifically music and theatre have provided me with an incredible interest in how words and visual mediums have the capability to tell stories in ways that resonate with all parts of ourselves. Reflecting on this, as a freelance Communications Specialist, I do not underestimate the strength in an ensemble in how my work can be amplified through collaboration with a business, brand, or team of people.
When not at work, I spend my days reading books, boxing, jamming out to the Arkells, investing time with friends, or shamefully consuming the latest episode of the real housewives. At night, you will often find me at a local concert doing my best to satisfy my inner fangirl.
